We take our food very seriously on Kindred Spirit Charters to ensure all guests are fed and happy. Every trip has a custom food and drink menu that is specially created to fit your needs. Delight in carefully selected food and cocktails to fuel the fun! Vegetarian, Vegan and kid friendly options are available upon request.
Our overnight cruises include a world class provisioning package. We do high end customized food and drink menus. We do all the shopping, cooking and cleaning for you so you can sit back and enjoy your vacation. This includes breakfast, snacks, all you can drink and either lunch OR dinner on the boat each day. We enjoy the other meal at a local restaurant allowing you to explore and enjoy local cuisine. The provisioning package is optional but keep in mind shopping for these trips is expensive and time consuming. Plus you have to transport all of the food on to the yacht. Trust us to handle it for you and when you arrive the boat is fully stocked with your selected food and beverages.

Mahi Fish Tacos
Pan seared Mahi-Mahi topped with avocado puree, house made slaw topped with cotija cheese.
Tuna Poke Bowl
Marinated sushi grade tuna with pickled ginger, avocado, mango, cucumber, scallion, cilantro, wasabi, jalapeno, radishes, sesame seeds served over sushi rice or soba noodles.
Thai Salad with Peanut Dressing
Rainbow of chopped cabbage, peppers and other fresh veggies, topped with slices of avocado, choice of grilled shrimp or chicken and peanut dressing.
Chicken or Shrimp Caesar Salad
Romaine lettuce tossed with homemade caesar salad dressing topped with chicken or shrimp, croutons and shredded parmesan cheese.
Gourmet Sandwich Spread
An assortment of breads, meats, cheeses, spreads and sides. A great lunch option!
Filet Mignon or Rib Eye
Served with Havarti mashed potatoes and asparagus, topped with your choice of Creamy Mushroom Gorgonzola or Chimichurri sauce.
Gourmet Burgers
Hand pressed burgers served with oven roasted rosemary potatoes and lemon garlic aioli. Choices include Classic, Black & Blue, or Gouda & Bacon.
Chicken Enchiladas
Shredded grilled chicken rolled in flour tortillas topped with homemade red enchilada sauce and shredded cheddar cheese. Served with fresh Pico de Gallo, peppers and onions over lettuce.
Greek Chicken Kebabs
Kebabs served with Parmesan orzo, pita, house made tzatziki and a house Greek Salad.
Fajita Bar
A choice of shrimp, chicken, or steak with all the Mexican fixings, served family style.
Oven Roasted Salmon
Salmon served with roasted brussel sprouts and bacon with basmati rice and a garlic lemon beurre blanc sauce.
Shrimp Pesto
Pan seared shrimp with a creamy garlic pesto sauce served over pasta and topped with shredded parmesan, served with a house salad.
Parmesan Encrusted Grouper
Panko breaded and pan seared served with lemon orzo and grilled zucchini.
